is looking for a qualified and reliable
Small Engine Mechanic
to join our busy workshop. If you take pride in your workmanship and enjoy working on a wide range of outdoor power equipment, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
Servicing, diagnosing and repairing a variety of outdoor power equipment will be part of the role, may include:
Ride-on mowers
Push mowers
Brush cutters and whipper snippers
Chainsaws
Blowers
Generators and other small engine machinery
* You must also be confident in customer service interactions, be able to work in a high stress and tight time line situations, interact with contractors and in a team environment.
Essential Requirements
Qualified Mechanic Trade Certificate (essential)
Minimum of 2 years' mechanical experience




Experience working on small engines and outdoor power equipment (highly regarded)
Robust diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Current driver's licence (preferred)
Reliable, motivated and punctual with a strong work ethic
Two recent work references (Phone number and email address are required)
