We're seeking motivated, reliable Residential Cleaners who take pride in their work, enjoy helping clients, and are ready to build a successful small business with support and coaching.
About the Role
You will provide routine and once‐off residential cleaning services, including:
General home cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, dusting)
Deep cleans and
end‐of‐lease cleans following a detailed checklist within a set timeframe
Organisation and tidying tasks
Optional add‐ons such as oven cleaning, window cleaning, or vent cleaning
This role suits someone who:
Is already self‐employed
or
willing to become a self‐employed contractor
Wants flexible work, including
school‐hours availability
Enjoys working at a steady, consistent pace
Values ongoing clients and stable weekly income
Requirements
To deliver safe, high‐quality services, you must have or be willing to obtain:
ABN
(if not already self‐employed)
Working With Children Check
Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Public Liability Insurance
Driver's licence and reliable vehicle




Personal attributes:
Strong attention to detail and high cleaning standards
Able to follow structured checklists and meet time expectations
Comfortable working independently and communicating with clients
Able to work around cats and dogs and people in the home
Confident dealing with people from diverse backgrounds
Willing to work hard and maintain a consistent pace throughout the day
