REAL ESTATE SALES TRAINEE

We're expanding and looking for a Sales Trainee to join our Ray White team and be trained from the ground up, with a clear pathway into a full Sales Agent role.

WHAT THIS ROLE INVOLVES:
As a Sales Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced agents and gain hands-on exposure to every part of a successful real estate business, including:
Prospecting and generating new leads
Managing buyers from enquiry through to contract and settlement
Conducting open homes and private inspections
Vendor communication and reporting
Database and client management
Preparing listing agreements and contracts
Assisting with listing presentations and CMA's
Learning pricing, negotiation, and campaign strategy
Supporting active sales campaigns from start to finish
This role is designed to give you a strong income-generating foundation, so when you step out as an agent, you're confident, capable, and commercially ready.
CAREER PROGRESSION & EARNING POTENTIAL




Once you've completed training and are consistently generating leads and managing your own pipeline, you'll progress into a Sales Agent role with uncapped earning potential. Your income will be driven by your results, your consistency, and your growth with no ceiling on what you can achieve over time.
*Experienced agents who are ready to operate independently are also encouraged to apply for a sales agent role.
