MooGoo Skin Care is an Australian, family-owned company based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. We offer solutions for skin problems using high-quality, evidence-based ingredients that are as natural as possible.
Schedule
The position is a permanent full-time role. Our ideal candidate will be available Monday to Friday. Weekends and Public Holidays off! We require a physical presence in the office, and we are unable to offer work from home for this role.
About the Role
If successful, you will join our small, tight-knit Customer Service Team. We're passionate about providing the highest possible standard of service to our online customers and stockists. We hope to find an empathetic, bubbly individual to complete our team.
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Quickly and diligently processing stockist orders through our ordering system, NetSuite (training provided).
Responding to inbound queries, concerns, and feedback via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
Servicing walk-in customers via our small, in-office, retail space (approximately 5-10 per day).
Providing product advice and maintaining a high level of product knowledge and understanding.
Assist with database updates, account management, and general administrative tasks related to customer care.
Handle the end-to-end process for customer and stockist returns, ensuring timely resolution and accurate documentation.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you must;




Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, pharmacy, or similar role.
Possess advanced computer skills. Familiarity with NetSuite, Gorgias, and Shopify is considered advantageous.
Be capable of effectively communicating both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and responsibility.
Be confident and comfortable answering a high volume of phone calls. This is essential.
Have excellent problem-solving skills.
Accept and apply feedback when given.
Have good time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks, ensuring you meet deadlines.
Be able to work quickly and diligently amongst a small team in a fast-paced environment.
Have a friendly, caring personality and a calm presence.
