? Lead Customer Service Agent/ Full Time Manager
Exceptional customer service skills
Energetic, friendly, and approachable
Confident working with children and families
Able to work in a fast-paced, loud entertainment setting
A natural leader who can motivate and support the team
Minimum 3 years' management experience in hospitality, entertainment, retail,



or a similar customer-focused industry
Proven experience managing KPIs, labour models, and team performance
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with the ability to inspire and develop a team
Comfortable working in a vibrant, noisy entertainment environment
Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
