About the Role
As a
Contract Administrator (Prestart Consultant)
, you'll play a key role in guiding our clients through one of the most exciting stages of their home-building journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients throughout the selections and contracts process
Conducting prestart meetings at our Mount Pleasant office
Preparing addenda and contract documentation
Providing regular updates to clients via phone and email
Creating and managing variations and related documentation




Collaborating with our engaging Managers, Sales Consultants, and wider team
About You

Understand the residential building process
Can confidently read and interpret contracts, plans, and specifications

Bring local experience in a similar role within the building and construction industry
