The Role
Reporting to the Group Sales Manager and working closely with the Sales Leadership Team, the
Sales Training & Performance Coordinator
plays an important support role in the growth and development of Highland's sales teams.
This position is ideal for someone with real estate experience who is passionate about training, systems, performance reporting and helping others succeed. You will be responsible for coordinating training programs, supporting onboarding, monitoring sales activity and auditing lead conversion performance across the business.
The successful candidate will become a key support person for our sales agents and sales support teams, helping to ensure consistent training, accountability and best-practice processes across all offices.
Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
Coordinate and support training initiatives for sales agents and sales support staff across all Highland offices
Assist in the creation, maintenance and delivery of training modules, onboarding materials,



sales manuals and training resources
Facilitate onboarding and induction training for new sales agents and sales support team members
Schedule and coordinate coaching sessions, workshops and professional development programs
Track completion of training programs and maintain accurate training records
Audit lead management activity across Agentbox and other CRM systems to ensure compliance with agency standards
Monitor lead enquiry response times, lead follow-up activity and conversion performance across sales teams
Prepare regular reporting on lead conversion metrics, pipeline activity, prospecting performance and key sales KPIs
Identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement within agent and team performance
Work closely with the Sales Managers to provide insights and recommendations from performance data
Provide day-to-day support to sales agents regarding CRM systems, processes and best practice workflows
Assist with database management, data quality reviews and system housekeeping
Stay up to date with Agentbox updates and system enhancements, ensuring relevant training is provided to teams
Review existing sales processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and accountability
Liaise with HR and hiring managers to support smooth onboarding for new sales staff




Travel between Highland offices as required to deliver training and support teams
Assist with ad hoc sales operations projects and administrative duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience within the real estate industry, preferably in sales administration, sales support, operations or coordination
A current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (industry legal requirement)
Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management and CRM systems
Experience using Agentbox or similar real estate CRM platforms
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify trends
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Confidence in delivering training and facilitating group sessions
High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Ability to build positive relationships with salespeople at all levels
A proactive and solutions-focused attitude
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and reporting tools
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-performance environment
