The role As the Senior Property Manager, you'll take ownership of your portfolio while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. You'll enjoy the autonomy to manage your day effectively, backed by a team that genuinely supports your success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong landlord relationships
Managing maintenance, repairs and compliance
Conducting routine inspections
Negotiating lease renewals and rental reviews
Handling tenancy matters in line with legislation
Working closely with administration and leasing support teams
Delivering a premium customer experience
About you We're looking for someone who brings experience, professionalism and a genuine passion for property management.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager
Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or relevant registration
Strong knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Exceptional organisation and time management
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
