We are currently seeking a motivated and organised
Events Coordinator
to join our team on a permanent full time/part-time basis, based in our Merredin office. This role will support the planning and delivery of engaging activities and wellness programs for clients located in remote areas.
Plan, coordinate, and deliver events and activities tailored to aged care clients
Organise and manage wellness centred programs and schedules
Develop activity plans within allocated budgets
Liaise with clients to promote participation and confirm attendance
Coordinate resources, venues, and logistics for events
Ensure activities align with client needs, wellbeing goals, and organisational standards
Flexible part time hours

Certificate IV in Events, Business, Hospitality, Community Services, or a related field is desirable.
Previous experience coordinating events or community activities is highly regarded.
Previous experience in organising aged care activities or similar programs
Experience coordinating a wellness centre or community-based programs
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage budgets and plan cost-effective activities
Excellent communication skills with a client-focused approach
Ability to work independently while supporting a broader team
