customer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering outstanding after-sales service
—from booking through to post-travel follow-up.
Successful candidates will embark on a fully paid training journey, learning from Australia's leading cruise and touring experts in an interactive, quick-paced environment. Upon completion, you'll become a
Fully Accredited Cruise or Touring Consultant
, with a guaranteed full-time position and exciting career pathways within the My Cruises and Touring teams.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting customers post-sale—managing bookings, amendments, and travel documentation
Delivering exceptional service by resolving queries and ensuring a smooth customer journey
Building strong, ongoing relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals




Working closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure every detail is taken care of
Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience
