Automotive Estimator
to join our award-winning team on a full-time basis in Adelaide, South Australia.

As our Automotive Estimator, you will play a key role in the customer journey by accurately assessing vehicle damage, preparing detailed repair estimates, liaising with insurers and customers, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
What you'll be doing
Inspect damaged vehicles and accurately assess repair requirements.
Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry estimating software.
Liaise with insurance companies, assessors, customers and suppliers throughout the repair process.
Develop repair plans in line with manufacturer repair methods and industry best practice.
Monitor repairs to ensure estimates remain accurate and identify any additional damage.
Coordinate with workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow and repair scheduling.
Order parts and manage repair costs while maintaining quality standards.
Maintain accurate documentation and repair records.




Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.
Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards, workplace procedures and safety requirements.
What we're looking for
Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator, Vehicle Damage Assessor or Senior Panel Beater looking to move into estimating.
Strong knowledge of modern vehicle construction, repair techniques and manufacturer repair methods.
Experience using estimating software such as Audatex or similar.
Excellent understanding of insurance repair processes and industry standards.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple repairs in a fast-paced setting.
High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work collaboratively with technicians, painters, suppliers and insurers.
Current Australian driver's licence.
Experience working with prestige or luxury vehicle brands will be highly regarded.
