The LWS contract delivers essential services that support Defence personnel where they live, work and train, including accommodation, hospitality, housekeeping and base support services.

In this role, you'll play an important part in ensuring Defence personnel and authorised visitors are welcomed into clean, comfortable and well-managed accommodation facilities. Every day is different, with a mix of customer interaction, coordination and operational support that keeps the site running smoothly.

About The Role

As the Guest Services Agent you'll be the key point of contact for accommodation services across the site,



ensuring rooms are ready for occupancy, bookings are managed efficiently and customers receive a high standard of service.

Responsibilities Include

Coordinating accommodation bookings, arrivals and departuresManaging room allocations and occupancy recordsConducting room inspections and maintaining accommodation standardsWorking closely with housekeeping teams to ensure room readinessResponding to customer enquiries and resolving accommodation-related issuesBuilding solid relationships with Defence personnel and site stakeholdersMaintaining accommodation records and reporting requirementsSupporting quality, compliance and service delivery outcomes

About You

You enjoy working with people, take pride in delivering excellent customer service and can effectively manage competing priorities in a busy environment.

You'll Ideally Bring

Experience in customer service, reception, administration, hospitality or accommodation servicesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational and time management abilitiesConfidence using Microsoft Office and computer-based systemsA proactive,



solutions-focused approachExperience using RMS or similar accommodation booking systems (desirable)Understanding of Defence environments or contracted service delivery (advantageous)A current Australian Driver's LicenceMost importantly, you'll be a team player who enjoys building positive relationships and delivering a great customer experience.
