Project Manager | Technology Transformation | Central Coast
Lead high-impact business and technology initiatives within a nationally recognised organisation
The Opportunity
Reporting into the IT leadership team, you will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery across a portfolio of technology and business initiatives. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business priorities and governance standards.
You will:Lead full project lifecycle delivery from initiation through to transition into operationsDevelop structured project plans, budgets, schedules and governance artefactsIdentify, assess and proactively manage risks and interdependenciesFacilitate governance forums and provide explicit, concise reporting to senior stakeholdersPartner closely with business sponsors to define success measures and drive accountabilityCoordinate cross-functional resources across IT and operational teamsContribute to uplift of project delivery capability and PMO maturity
This role requires on-site presence on the Central Coast three days per week to support stakeholder engagement and operational alignment.

About You
You are a structured, commercially aware Project Manager who thrives in environments where stakeholder engagement is just as important as delivery discipline.




You will bring:5+ years' experience delivering medium to large technology and business projectsStrong knowledge of PMBOK methodology, with PMP certification highly regardedExperience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery modelsDemonstrated governance, risk and financial management capabilityStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsExperience in manufacturing, FMCG, or Pharmaceutical environments is highly regarded
