About the Role
Just Living is a proud South Australian-owned and operated, award-recognised registered NDIS provider. We deliver community and social supports, Short-Term Accommodation (STA), Supported Independent Living (SIL), ADL and high-intensity supports across South Australia.

Just Living is continuing to grow, and we are seeking confident and enthusiastic Support Workers with disability-sector experience and/or strong high-intensity support skills.

What We Are Looking For
You will:
Be confident, articulate and able to communicate clearly and professionally.
Bring energy, relatability and a positive mindset to your work.
Have experience in the disability sector or relevant transferable experience.
Be available to complete at least one passive overnight shift per week when working as part of a SIL team
Be comfortable supporting people of all ages, including younger participants and people with autism, psychosocial disabilities or complex support needs.
Be willing and able to work across a 24-hour roster, including evenings, weekends and overnight shifts.
Thrive in a team environment and follow detailed, person-centred support plans, behaviour support plans and health-related procedures.
Be technologically confident and able to complete electronic shift notes, reports and workplace communications.
Be reliable, punctual and demonstrate a robust work ethic.
Have good availability throughout the week.
Be flexible, versatile, adaptable and resilient.
Maintain professional boundaries and treat participants, families and colleagues with dignity and respect.
What You Need for the Role
Unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
Reliable access to a roadworthy vehicle.
Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance.
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Working with Children Check.
National Police Check.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Manual handling training, or willingness to obtain it.
Completion of all required NDIS Worker Orientation Modules.
Infection Prevention and Control training.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), Disability Services, Community Services or a related qualification is desirable but not essential.
High Intensity Support Skills training is desirable but not essential.
A willingness to complete all participant-specific training required for allocated supports.
