We're looking for a Junior Financial Accountant with 2+ years' experience in audit, business services or financial accounting who wants to build their financial accounting capability in a collaborative and supportive team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you'll support key financial controls and month-end processes across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys getting the fundamentals right and takes pride in producing accurate, reliable financial information. You'll build hands-on experience across reconciliations, journals, compliance activities and financial reporting while developing a strong foundation in financial accounting within a listed business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Month-end activities including journals, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, provisions, cashflow reporting and FX processing
Compliance & controls: GST/FBT/PAYE support,



audit assistance, fixed asset management, governance reporting
Operational support: stocktakes, AU/NZ/UK assistance, general finance support
About You
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
2+ years' audit or financial accounting experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles
Advanced Excel
High attention to detail
Clear communication skills and confidence working with non‐finance stakeholders
Experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
