Hybrid work arrangements, Sydney - McKell Building. Office attendance required 2 - 3 days per week. This role sits within the NSW Fair Trading Division in the Regulatory Education team.

About the Role
Design, coordinate and deliver education and engagement projects that promote understanding of regulatory obligations.
Develop and review communication materials, resources and online content to support education initiatives.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to identify education priorities and opportunities.
Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of education strategies and delivery models.
To be successful in this role you will have:
Strong experience in project coordination and delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory information into clear educational content.
Proven organisational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
A collaborative approach and commitment to achieving quality outcomes.
Essential Criteria
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in education, communication, or project management.
Demonstrated experience managing education or communication projects.
Robust written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Salary Grade 7/8, with the base salary for this role starting at ****** base plus superannuation
