While residing on the beautiful South Coast is a bonus, it is understandable that it might not suit everyone. Therefore, your location is flexible. As long as you manage your schedule efficiently, inspecting properties from Nowra, Eden, or anywhere in between, it doesn't matter where you are.
Qualifications & Qualities
CPV Accreditation:
Candidates must hold a valid CPV accreditation, demonstrating their expertise and adherence to industry standards.
Experience:




The ideal candidate should have at least two years of experience in property valuation. Previous exposure to diverse valuation work, including Residential, commercial, and industrial sectors, is highly desirable.
Detail-Oriented:
Meticulousness is critical in valuation and requires individuals who take pride in their precision and accuracy, ensuring high-quality deliverables for clients.
