About The Role
The Product Marketing and Communications Coordinator reports to the Product Manager and is responsible for coordinating and delivering integrated marketing and communications initiatives across the TAFE, Swinburne Transnational Education, and Moondani Toombadool Centre portfolios.
Working under general direction, the role plans, coordinates, and delivers marketing and communications activities that support student recruitment, product growth, and the University's strategic objectives. It combines expertise in marketing, content creation, events, messaging, communications, and stakeholder engagement to deliver consistent and compelling campaigns across a range of marketing channels.
The position works closely with specialist marketing teams, academic and professional staff, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of integrated marketing and communications initiatives.
This is a full-time, ongoing position at our Hawthorn campus.
About You
Demonstrated experience conducting desktop research and interpreting data and insights to inform marketing strategies, planning, and decision-making.
Proven ability to coordinate and deliver complex, market-facing projects within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for a range of audiences.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high ethical standards, professionalism, and integrity in all aspects of work.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and initiatives.
Demonstrated ability to build, manage,
and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, balancing competing priorities to achieve shared outcomes.
Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, and delivering integrated marketing, communications, or campaign initiatives that achieve agreed objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
