About the Team
The Group Treasury Team, which sits within Group Finance at humm Group, is responsible for managing the Group's liquidity, funding, capital and securitisation activities. As a relatively flat and collaborative team, we take ownership of our work end-to-end and play a critical role in supporting humm Group's funding and growth objectives. Team members gain broad exposure across treasury operations, warehouse and term securitisation programs, trust management, funding transactions and capital management activities.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytically minded Treasury Analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment and is keen to develop expertise in securitisation, treasury and structured finance. The Treasury Analyst is responsible for supporting hummgroup's funding programs, treasury operations and securitisation activities. This role provides exposure across warehouse and term securitisation facilities, trust management, funding operations, liquidity management and treasury reporting. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external counterparties, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective operation of our funding programs while contributing to strategic treasury initiatives.
What Your Day Looks Like...
Key aspects of the role include analysis, administration and reporting of securitisation transactions, monitoring trust performance, supporting funding activities and participating in treasury and funding-related projects. Other responsibilities include:
Securitisation & Funding Operations
Accurately analyse,
prepare and distribute monthly securitisation reporting while adhering to strict reporting deadlines and transaction documentation requirements.
Support the day-to-day operation of warehouse and term securitisation facilities.
Monitor trust performance, transaction triggers, covenants and funding requirements.
Coordinate trust funding activities and ensure timely execution of funding obligations.
Assist with cashflow analysis, trust performance reporting and funding capacity monitoring.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reporting and operational deadlines are achieved.
Liaise with trustees, banks, financiers, auditors and service providers as required.
Treasury & Reporting Support
Support treasury reporting, liquidity monitoring and cashflow forecasting activities.
Analyse and investigate data integrity issues and work with relevant business teams to resolve exceptions.
Prepare regulatory and government reporting requirements, including ABS submissions.
Prepare reports, analysis and management information on an ad hoc basis.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Process Improvement & Projects
Develop, document and maintain treasury and securitisation standard operating procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency and automation.
Contribute to funding, treasury and strategic business projects.
Undertake project work and additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience Essential
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
1+ years' experience in Treasury, Securitisation, Trust Management, Financial Services or a related finance function.
Experience working with large datasets and performing detailed financial analysis.
Advanced Excel capabilities and financial modelling skills.
Desirable
Experience with securitisation structures, warehouse funding facilities, RMBS or ABS programs.
Understanding of trust structures, cashflow waterfalls and funding operations.
Treasury reporting, liquidity management or funding operations experience.
Trust Management experience.
Experience using ABS Suite or similar securitisation platforms.
Exposure to Power BI, SQL or data analytics tools.
Working towards or holding CA, CPA or CFA qualifications.
