Job Description
We are seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Duty Manager to join The Ternary leadership team. Working alongside an exceptional culinary and front-of-house team, you will play a key role in delivering memorable guest experiences, leading service excellence, and developing our people in one of Sydney's most awarded restaurants.
Lead front-of-house food & beverage operations, delivering friendly, professional service
Manage restaurant and bar teams,



planning daily activities
Manage guest issues and support emergency response procedures
Ensure clear communication through service logs and cross-department collaboration
Drive performance against budgets, service standards, and customer satisfaction targets
Support team training, inductions, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Qualifications
A demonstrated passion for leading the next generation of hospitality leaders.
Previous experience Supervising a large teamwithin a Hospitality setting
Ability to support and guide team members to reachoperational expectations
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills and presentation
Strong organisational skills and time management
Full working rights in Australia
