You'll play a central role in ensuring young people, families and community members feel supported, respected and at ease from their very first interaction.
You'll be both the welcoming face of the service and a key support behind the scenes – helping keep things running smoothly while supporting individuals to feel confident taking the next step in their care journey.

Provide broader administrative support
including data entry, and supporting multiple programs across the centre
Work closely with clinicians and partners
to ensure coordinated, seamless service delivery
About you
You bring empathy, strong organisation and a collaborative approach to your work.
You'll thrive in this role if you have:

A compassionate, client-focused and non-judgemental approach, particularly when supporting young people aged ***** and their families/carers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and understand client needs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confidence using data entry systems
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a busy environment with attention to detail
A strong commitment to confidentiality and respectful, person-centred practice
What will make you stand out
A qualification in Business Administration (Certificate level or above) - highly regarded
