Lead Generation Marketing Specialist (Casual, 20 hrs/week)

We're looking for a hands-on Lead Generation Marketing Specialist to support our growth through high-quality content, email campaigns, and HubSpot-driven marketing activity.
This is a casual role for someone who can work independently, move rapid, and consistently produce marketing output that drives real leads—not just content for content's sake.
What you'll be doing
Writing and publishing SEO-focused blog posts per week
Creating email and LinkedIn campaigns and newsletters
Managing and maintaining HubSpot CRM (lists, workflows, lead tracking)
Supporting website content updates (blogs, landing pages, basic edits)
Helping improve lead generation performance across all channels
What we're looking for
3-5 years experience in content marketing,



demand generation, or digital marketing
Strong copywriting skills (SEO + conversion-focused writing)
Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing tools
Experience running email and/or LinkedIn campaigns
Ability to manage workload effectively within ~20 hours per week
Self-starter who can work independently and deliver consistently
