About You
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology
Registration with AHPRA, ASORC or ESSA
Experience mentoring junior consultants in an Occupational Rehabilitation setting as Area Manager.

The role:
Your primary role is to be a mentor,trainer, and "upskiller"– making our teams' professional growth and on-the-job training your passion
You excel at delivering constructive criticism & feedback, completingmonthly strategic reviewsand file audits with each consultant
Your clinical and technical knowledge is solid so that we can deliver ahigh standard of service deliveryand execution
You can balance clinical and commercial goals well – quality is always our focus, we just need to make sure we are doing the work & reporting to support that quality goal
Building and nurturing relationshipscomes natural to you – spanning from individual bonds with your team to professional dynamics with our key clients
