About the Role
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Manager will provide hands-on support across the front of house, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, exceptional guest experiences, and robust team development.
The Ideal Candidate must have
Proven management experience in a fast-paced restaurant
Track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
Exceptional service skills and guest focus




Strong knowledge of restaurant compliance and operational practices
Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a dynamic environment
Excellent organisational, time management, communication, and presentation skills
Experience with Time & Attendance and stock management systems
Available to work weekends, public holidays, and opening/closing shifts
Valid RSA certificate
Hospitality, Management, or related qualification desired but not essential
