Warehouse Leader – Willawong Distribution Centre
We are seeking a Warehouse Leader to drive operational excellence, safety, service, and team performance in a quick‐paced environment.
This hands‐on leader will work closely with the QLD Warehouse Manager to manage all inbound, outbound and transport activities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate inbound and outbound warehouse operations
Ensure customer orders are dispatched accurately and on time
Manage transport and logistics activities across QLD and interstate networks
Collaborate with Planning, Inventory and Sales teams to support order fulfilment
Drive inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean practices
Co‐o‐perate with 11 warehouse team members to coach, develop and engage staff
Promote a strong safety culture with a focus on both physical and psychological safety
Assist with operational projects and site leadership activities
Act as site leader in the absence of the Warehouse Manager
Qualifications & Experience




Previous experience in a Warehouse leadership role (team leader, leading hand or supervisor)
Solid people‐leadership skills, able to coach, develop and hold teams accountable
Solid understanding of warehouse operations, transport coordination and inventory management
Current Forklift Licence
Experience analysing operational data and identifying improvement opportunities
