Job Description
As one of the largest providers of Aged Care services across the Northern Territory and into remote South Australia, ARRCS (Australian Regional and Remote Community Services) are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care whilst maintaining strong connection to the communities in which we serve.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Multi-Site Residential Aged Care Manager to lead our residential aged care services in Alice Springs, overseeing three unique facilities and a large multidisciplinary workforce dedicated to improving the lives of older Australians.
The Opportunity
Old Timers Aged Care Facility (68 beds).
Hetti Perkins Home for the Aged (60 beds).
Together, these services care for some of Central Australia's most valued community members and are supported by a diverse workforce of skilled clinical (direct care), hospitality, lifestyle, administration and support professionals.
Reporting to the Executive Manager - Residential Care, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across all three sites, ensuring excellence in residential care, workforce engagement, financial performance, compliance and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for an experienced residential aged care (service) manager who thrives in a dynamic workplace, enjoys building and development high-performing teams and is passionate about delivering person-centered aged care services within a culturally safe environment for our residents.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Leading Quality Care
Driving a culture focused on resident wellbeing, safety and quality outcomes.




Ensuring excellence in clinical governance, regulatory compliance and accreditation standards.
Supporting teams to deliver personalised, evidence-based care that enhances residents' quality of life.
Maintaining strong relationships with residents, families, carers and key stakeholders.
Operational and Financial Leadership
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of three residential aged care facilities.
Managing budgets, resources, occupancy and funding outcomes to ensure sustainable service delivery.
Identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency and service improvement.
Supporting strategic business planning and future growth opportunities
Leading, coaching and mentoring a large multidisciplinary workforce.
Building a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture.
Supporting recruitment, succession planning, workforce development and talent growth.
Creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to succeed
What you will bring
You will be a passionate leader who combines strong operational capability with genuine compassion for older Australians.
Bachelor of Nursing and unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams within aged care or a similar health discipline.
Strong understanding of aged care quality standards, compliance and governance requirements.
Sound financial and business management skills.
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and people leadership capabilities.
A commitment to continuous improvement, workplace safety and person-centered care.
An appreciation for the unique opportunities and challenges of delivering services in regional and remote Australia.
A significant leadership opportunity overseeing three residential aged care facilities.
The ability to lead and inspire a workforce of over 100 employees.

Your remuneration for this role;
ARRCS are offering the following remuneration package to the successful applicant:
Permanent, full-time.
Gross annual salary of $170,000 PA plus superannuation.
4-weeks annual leave.
Position located Alice Springs, Northern Territory.
ARRCS provided, furnished housing including utilities (Power / Water).
Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 reimbursed following completion of 6-month probation.
