Snap Fitness is currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated fitness professional for the position of Club Manager, Snap Fitness Tweed Heads. This role is looking for a strong manager to run the day-to-day operations of the club and make this club their own. Set the atmosphere, club vibe and community feel within this great working environment. Able to work with and communicate with the business owner and Personal Training team.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
Minimum 1-2 years of fitness industry management experience is required for this Club Manager role.
Candidates must have experience in:
Drive Health and fitness sales and marketing
1-2 years of health and fitness sales experience is required.
Have strong social media skills and drive the club social pages
Some business experience in social media management is required.
Strong leadership skills
Outstanding customer service and people skills
Own car and open licence
Achieve and exceed KPI's
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Certificate IV in Fitness, and skilled registration with National Fitness Association
Current First Aid certificate and CPR (or higher qualification).
Must have appropriate police/working with children check.

Be people-focused and highly organised
Have experience in building/recruiting a personal training team
Have experience building a club culture to be proud of and gain satisfaction from operating, selling and promoting an exceptional fitness facility!
