About the Role
As
Assistant Centre Director
, you will:
Support the daily operations of the centre to ensure high-quality outcomes for children and families.
Foster strong relationships with families, educators, and the local community.
Assist in driving occupancy growth and promoting the centre's unique offerings.
Mentor and support educators to achieve and exceed the National Quality Standards.
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
Help maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and operational requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
(or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Previous leadership experience within an early childhood education setting.
A current
Working With Children Check
.
Strong knowledge of compliance, quality standards, and operational requirements.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and team leadership skills.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding outcomes for children, families, and educators.
