Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week
Potential earnings up to $120,000 per annum, including on-call participation and overtime opportunities (actual earnings will vary based on availability and hours worked).
LGIA Stream C C10 – C6 + Site + Tool Allowance - $84,183 - $96,616 (Minimum rate depending on qualifications and experience)

This position requires the completion of a satisfactory Criminal History Check - Police Certificate (Australia Wide Name Only Police Check).
What we are looking for
A qualified, safety‐focused Electrician with strong experience in electrical maintenance, installations and fault‐finding across complex assets.
Solid skills in working with process control systems, communications networks, electrical test equipment and interpreting technical plans.
A motivated problem‐solver who can work independently, manage priorities and complete accurate documentation to a high standard
A great team player with strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and upholding Council's values.
Someone who holds the required trade qualifications and safety certifications,



and is ready to meet physical and compliance requirements, including participation in the on‐call roster.

Application Criteria
Possession of the required electrical trade qualifications and safety certifications, including a current Queensland Electrician Licence, CPR/LVR and White Card. Plus any other relevant licences.
Demonstrated experience in electrical maintenance, installations and fault‐finding across complex infrastructure, with the ability to use electrical test equipment
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a multi‐disciplined team, demonstrating solid problem-solving skills and effective time management.
