RFShop is expanding as demand grows from our commercial, industrial and defence industry customers. We manufacture high-quality coaxial cables, antennas and RF components that support critical communications and technology applications across Australia.
As our business continues to grow, we're seeking motivated RF Cable & Antenna Assemblers to join our team in Lonsdale. This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialised manufacturing skills within a growing Australian company, with strong potential for ongoing and permanent employment for the right candidates.

What You'll Be Doing
Assembling and manufacturing coaxial cables and antennas to RFShop specifications
Performing hands-on cable construction and assembly work
Soldering and cable termination (training provided where required)
Testing and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintaining safe work practices and a clean work area
Following documented manufacturing processes and procedures
Reporting non-standard issues to Team Leaders and Supervisors
Contributing to products used in critical communications and defence applications
What We're Looking For
✔ Manufacturing, production or assembly experience (2+ years ideal)
✔ Less experience? We still encourage you to apply if you are reliable, motivated and eager to learn
✔ Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
✔ Positive manual dexterity and ability to follow processes accurately
✔ Awareness of workplace health and safety practices
✔ Interest in electronics, mechanical assembly or technical manufacturing
✔ Soldering experience is highly regarded but not essential
✔ Basic computer skills (MS Office) advantageous
✔ Valid Australian work rights required
