WA Hydraulics is seeking a reliable and organised
Hydraulic Inventory Coordinator
to manage our hydraulic inventory across four site containers at the .
This permanent part-time role offers consistent, ongoing work on a regular roster and is ideal for someone with a hydraulic or hose background who enjoys working independently while building strong relationships with clients.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing hydraulic inventory across four dedicated site containers, ensuring stock accuracy and availability to support operational requirements.
The position involves travelling to site once per fortnight, completing stock control activities, replenishing inventory and maintaining accurate electronic records using company systems.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory across four hydraulic storage containers.
Conduct scheduled stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
Complete electronic stock counts using company systems (Google Drive/Uptick).
Replenish stock and identify inventory requirements.
Maintain organised, clean and efficient storage areas.
Liaise professionally with site personnel and provide excellent customer service.
Assist with continuous improvement of inventory processes.
Where suitably experienced, undertake routine fire panel testing during designated site visits.
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally possess:
Experience working with hydraulic components, hoses or associated industrial products.
Ability to accurately complete online inventory records.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A current Australian Driver's Licence.
The following would be highly regarded:
Experience with fire panel testing or fire protection systems.
Previous FIFO or mine site experience.
Experience using inventory management software such as Uptick.
Mandatory Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to obtain and maintain the following prior to commencing employment:
National Police Clearance
Pre-Employment Medical Assessment
Drug and Alcohol Screening
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Additional mine site inductions and clearances may also be required.
Hours of Work
This is a
Permanent Part time
position.
Approximately
24 hours per fortnight
.
FIFO from Perth to site.
Typically one overnight stay each fortnight (fly to site one morning and return the following afternoon).
Additional 12 hrs available if applicant has fire panel experience
Hours may vary slightly from time to time to meet operational requirements, with reasonable notice provided wherever practicable.
Remuneration
$***** - $***** per hour
, depending on qualifications and experience.
The higher rate is intended for applicants with demonstrated fire panel testing experience.
Superannuation and all applicable entitlements will be paid in accordance with relevant workplace legislation.
