JCB Workshop Technician

About the Role:
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a
JCB Workshop Technician
to join our workshop team based in
Welshpool, WA
.
You'll be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing a wide range of JCB construction equipment, ensuring machines are maintained to the highest standard before returning to our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose, service and repair JCB construction equipment
Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical and mechanical faults
Complete inspections, fault reports and service documentation
Carry out repairs to manufacturer specifications
Work closely with the parts and service teams to ensure efficient turnaround times
Maintain a clean,
protected and organised workshop environment
Deliver high-quality workmanship while adhering to all safety procedures

Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 3:06pm (38-hour week)

About You:
Mechanical Trade Certificate
Experience repairing construction equipment, earthmoving machinery, plant equipment, forklifts or heavy vehicles
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Ability to interpret technical manuals and service information
Current Australian Driver's Licence
Forklift, EWP or HR Licence (highly regarded but not essential)
Physically capable of manual handling tasks
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
Full working rights in Australia
