Olympus is seeking a full time
Customer Operations Specialist - Service
to join our Operations team at our head office in Notting Hill.
Reporting to the
Customer Experience & Operations Manager
, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, customer-centric support to hospital customers through phone-based engagement, email and case management. This is a fast-paced, relationship-focused role where you will coordinate service requests, manage customer cases, support equipment repairs and loan programs, and work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
You will be the primary point of contact for customers across inbound and outbound service enquiries, building trusted relationships and providing timely, accurate updates throughout the service journey. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, excellent stakeholder management and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working to established service standards and KPIs.
Supporting customers through inbound and outbound phone, email and case-based interactions.
Building strong relationships with hospital customers and clinical stakeholders.
Managing service cases and service notifications through Salesforce and SAP.
Coordinating loan equipment, repair updates, freight movements and service-relatedrequests.
Collaborating with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance, IT and offshore support teams to resolve customer enquiries efficiently.
Monitoring and managing multiple priorities while meeting service levels, quality standards and customer satisfaction targets.
Identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, service delivery and operational processes.
This role offers structured training and development, providing the opportunity to build expertise across customer service, case management, SAP service processes and end-to-end service operations.

What we are looking for:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, customer-focused and detail-oriented individual with:
Experience in customer service, service operations or contact centre environments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a skilled and confident phone manner.
Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships.
Experienceusing SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM and ERP systems.
The ability to manage multiple priorities, high volumes of work and service level commitments.
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
