THE ROLE
Based in our Dry Creek office overseeing our Quarries (Southern region) you will be an exceptional Business Development Manager with demonstrated experience within the building/construction industry. You will have the ability to communicate, present and negotiate at all levels whilst being results driven and thriving in a sales environment. Your ability to work autonomously whilst problem solving will be something that you pride yourself on. Your daily purpose will be to drive sustainable financial growth boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES




Demonstrate genuine commitment to safety by consistently displaying behaviours aligned with safe work practices
Achieving budgeted sales projections
Support our internal sales team to ensure sales opportunities are maximised
Ongoing contribution to the sales team
Proactively identify current and different business opportunities to provide increased sales
Promote the companies products/services addressing or predicting the clients objectives
Create and manage an annual Business Development plan
Attend industry and trade events along with utilising networking opportunities
Provide trustworthy feedback and after sales support
QUALIFICATIONS | EXPERIENCE | CAPABILITIES
Minimum of 3 years business development experience
Demonstrated sales management
Drivers licence
Demonstrated experience managing people and budgets
Quarry products technical experience (desired)
