As an OSHC Educator, you will work alongside our leadership team to deliver high-quality before school care, after school care and vacation care programs for children and young people from Prep to Year 6.
About the Role
In this role you will:
Build positive, respectful relationships with children and their families.
Actively supervise children and support their safety and wellbeing at all times.
Deliver engaging play-based experiences that reflect children's interests and encourage learning through play.
Contribute to planning, implementing and evaluating the educational program in line with
My Time, Our Place
.
Support children's social, emotional and developmental growth through positive interactions and behaviour guidance.
Assist with afternoon tea preparation, food safety and hygiene practices.
Complete program reflections, observations and required documentation.
Follow all service policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and professional team.
Participate in professional development, team meetings and continuous improvement processes.
About You

Is committed to providing a safe, inclusive and respectful setting.
Is willing to learn and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the service.
Essential Requirements
Hold (or be willing to obtain) a Blue Card.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and
My Time, Our Place
, or willingness to learn.
Availability to work before school care, after school care and vacation care shifts.
