At Home Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide consistent, client-focused community nursing. You will develop and oversee care plans for complex adults and paediatric clients, manage tracheostomy and ventilation procedures, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
The role requires current AHPRA registration, 5+ years RN experience in complex care, and necessary clearances including NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children checks.
