About The Role
We're looking for an experienced marketer who can see the bigger picture.
Someone who understands that great marketing isn't just about creating content. It's about understanding why people buy, developing strategies that influence decisions, analysing what's working and continually improving performance.
You'll work across a range of luxury beauty and cosmetic brands, helping develop marketing strategies that generate enquiries, increase bookings and build long-term growth.
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. Some days you'll be analysing campaign data and optimising advertising performance. Other days you'll be developing content strategies, writing email campaigns,



creating social content or working with the team to launch a recent campaign.
What You'll Be Doing
• Developing marketing strategies tailored to each clinic's goals
• Managing and optimising Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Analysing campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Creating paid and organic social media content for premium brands
• Manage social media accounts and their performance
• Writing email marketing campaigns, landing page copy and social media captions
• Using AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high-quality, natural content
• Understanding customer behaviour and developing marketing that guides potential clients from first impression through to booking
• Working closely with our creative team to develop campaigns and marketing assets
• Managing multiple client accounts and balancing competing priorities
• Staying up to date with changes across Meta, Google, AI and digital marketing
• Learning and applying medical advertising guidelines, reviewing content for compliance before publication
• Contributing ideas, testing new strategies and continually improving client results
About You
You'll have:




• Minimum 3 years' experience in digital marketing
• Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts
• Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, analytics and performance reporting
• Experience creating both paid and organic social media content
• Excellent copywriting skills across social media, email marketing and websites
• Understanding of customer psychology, buying behaviour and the customer journey
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for premium branding
• Confidence using AI tools to improve productivity without sacrificing quality
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
• A genuine interest in the beauty, cosmetic and aesthetics industry
