About the role
As our
Accounts Officer
, you'll play a hands-on role managing the day-to-day accounts functions that keep our business running smoothly.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:




end-to-end payroll processing and RCTI (
weekly
)
accounts payable and receivable management
invoice processing and account/bank reconciliations
month-end reporting and data entry
financial record-keeping via MYOB and our transport portal
management reporting and documentation support
client and supplier relationship management.
What we're looking for
Full Australian working rights
essential
Min. 3-5 years
experience in a similar accounts role
essential
Strong MYOB & payroll processing experience
essential
Background in transport or logistics
highly regarded
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who thrives on autonomy and robust relationships, all within a supportive team environment.
