What you'll be doing:
Delivering personalised, premium care with compassion and dignity, helping our clients live life to the fullest.
Encouraging independence, confidence and community connections for the clients you support.
Assisting clients with everyday activities such as personal care, mobility, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Building meaningful relationships with clients, their families, the care team and follow truly individualised care plans.
Keeping accurate client records and documentation to ensure the best possible care.
Championing safety, quality, and wellbeing in every aspect of your work.
Skills & Experience
Passionate about making a difference.
A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for their own behaviour & success.
Coachable
Previous caregiving experience is an asset.
Must be able to speak and write in English.
Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
Mandatory Requirements
Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, overnight and weekends
Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain prior to commencing)
