About Us
At Eleebana Children's Centre, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, boutique early childhood care and education for children aged 0–6. As a 38-place service operating 51 weeks of the year (8:00 am – 5:30 pm), we foster a close-knit, family-like environment built on play-based learning, holistic child development, and strong family partnerships.
We are seeking a dedicated, passionate, and nurturing
Certificate III Educator
to join our collaborative team on a full-time basis, working 5 days a week.

About the Role
As a Certificate III Educator, you will play a vital role in providing a safe, engaging, and rich learning environment that supports each child's individual journey. Working alongside experienced team members, your daily responsibilities will include:
Educational Program:
Assisting in the implementation of child-led, play-based learning programs aligned with the
EYLF V2.0
.
Documentation & Assessment:
Contributing to meaningful documentation of children's learning and development using our digital platform.
Health & Safety:
Maintaining exceptionally high standards of hygiene, supervision, and child well-being in line with
Quality Area 2
guidelines.
Family Partnerships:
Fostering warm, respectful, and open communication with families to build strong community connections (
Quality Area 6
).
Team Collaboration:
Actively participating in team meetings, room reflection, and contributing to our continuous quality improvement journey.
What We Are Looking For
Qualification:
Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
Certifications:
Current ACECQA-approved First Aid, Emergency Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications (e.g., HLTAID012).
Approved Child Protection certification/training.
Skills & Attributes:
A warm and caring nature, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong initiative, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.
Work Rights:
Full, ongoing working rights in Australia.
