The Role

You'll be involved in the full advice journey, supporting advisers and clients through advice preparation, implementation and ongoing service.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting advisers with the preparation and implementation of financial advice
Processing applications and managing transactions with superannuation funds, insurers and investment providers
Coordinating client reviews, appointments and follow-up activities




Managing workflows and ensuring key deadlines are met
Preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records
Monitoring progress of advice strategies and implementation activities
Delivering a professional and seamless client experience
What We're Looking For
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
A willingness to learn and understand financial planning strategies and processes
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Solid communication skills and a proactive attitude
Experience in administration, banking, financial services or professional services is desirable, but not essential
