Location: Southport (Hybrid)
Hours: Tuesday – Thursday | 10:00am – 5:00pm
Pay: $600 per week + uncapped commissions
About the Role
We're looking for a confident and resilient Appointment Setter to join our team at Phone Homes.
This is a outbound calling role where your focus is simple, qualify prospects and book appointments for our Sales Strategists. You are not selling or closing deals, just identifying interest and getting the right people booked in.
What You'll Be Doing
Calling leads provided by the business
Having structured conversations to identify suitable prospects
Booking qualified appointments for the Sales team
Hitting daily and weekly booking targets
What We're Looking For
Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
Resilience and ability to handle rejection
Ability to follow a script and stay on track
Positive attitude and robust work ethic
Previous cold calling or sales experience highly regarded
