The successful applicant will work closely with our GP and reception team to provide high-quality nursing care, assist with treatment room procedures, manage recalls and reminders, and support the smooth running of the clinic.
This position would suit a confident, organised and compassionate nurse who enjoys working in a general practice environment and providing excellent patient care.Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include:
Providing nursing support to the doctor and clinical team
Administering
childhood immunisations
and general immunisations
Blood taking and specimen collection(proffered)
Wound care and dressings
ECGs and basic clinical observations
Health assessments and care plans where required
Assisting with recalls, reminders and follow-up systems
Maintaining accurate patient records
Infection control and sterilisation procedures
Managing vaccine stock, cold chain and treatment room supplies
Supporting patients in a qualified, caring and respectful manner
Stock management
Pay: $***** – $***** per hour
