Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team at Ryderwear as a Retail Gym Associate! Working closely with the Retail Gym Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our gym/retail operations.



Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every member's retail needs are met while enhancing their overall gym experience. This full-time position offers flexibility with shifts scheduled from
Tuesday to Saturday
(Tuesday-Friday working hours are 1-9PM and Saturday working hours are 9-5)
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by warmly greeting members and assisting them with their retail/gym inquiries and purchases.
ensure club and equipment is maintained and in proper working order.
maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
Manage email inquiries and handle incoming phone calls related to retail products, suspensions, cancellations and any other member requests.
Maintain a high standard of retail service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for members.
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to assist members in making informed purchasing decisions.
Ensure retail displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and properly maintained to drive sales.
Collaborate with the Gym Manager and retail team to execute promotions and marketing initiatives effectively.
Uphold the pride of the Ryderwear brand by adhering to uniform standards and always maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of the retail and Gym areas.
