JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
Deliver high-quality clinical care to residents
Administer medications and maintain accurate clinical documentation
Monitor residents' health, nutrition, and wellbeing
Implement infection prevention and control practices
Coordinate holistic, person-centred care
Support resident admissions and transitions
Liaise with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals
Practice in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Personal Care Worker (PCW/AIN) Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
Provide emotional support and companionship
Assist with meals and monitor nutritional intake
Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
Support the Registered Nurse in delivering holistic care
Follow infection prevention and control procedures
Assist with resident admissions and transitions
Work collaboratively with residents, families, nurses, and allied health professionals
Deliver care in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards

About the Candidate
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent)
Australian residential aged care experience
All Applicants Must Have
Current National Police Check (within the last 12 months)
Current CPR & First Aid Certificate
100 points of identification
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
