Team Leader and Service Manager
, ensuring you have everything you need to make a meaningful impact every day.
We need candidates who are flexible and available for a variety of shifts—including days, nights (active/passive), and weekends.
What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients.




Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
preparing meals and assisting with feeding where required
arranging and supporting participation in social and recreational activities
performing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, laundry, and general cleaning
assisting with personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, and dressing
providing companionship, friendship, and emotional support
doing shopping and running errands
Support clients in achieving their personal goals and developing life skills.
Help manage finances and maintain accurate documentation.
Administer medication and assist with medical appointments.
Keep detailed case notes and report incidents as required.
Work collaboratively with clients, families, and key stakeholders.
Assist with compliance tasks and paperwork.
may provide overnight or live-in support where required
What You'll Bring:
Experience as a Disability Support Worker or in a similar role.
Genuine empathy and passion for supporting people with disability.
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
A Higher educational qualification in a relevant field will be considered an added advantage.

Salary
: $105,000 - $110,000 per year plus 12% Superannuation
Hours:
Minimum 38 hours per week
