About the Role
We are currently seeking compassionate and reliable
Personal Care Workers
to join our growing team.
In this rewarding role, you will provide person-centred support to clients in their homes, assisting them to maintain their independence, dignity, and wellbeing while following individual care plans.
Key Duties
Assistance with personal care and hygiene needs
Domestic support, including light household tasks
Transporting clients to appointments and social activities
Supporting daily living activities and community participation
Following organisational policies and procedures
Promoting clients' independence, dignity, and individual choices




Building positive relationships with clients and their families
About You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering high-quality care.
You will have:

Essential Qualifications
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing, Disability or equivalent), or currently working towards completion
Nursing students who have successfully completed relevant placement and study requirements equivalent to a Certificate III
Essential Requirements
Current Australian Driver's Licence (minimum P2 or Full Licence)
Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
Current National Police Check (issued within the last 12 months)
Current First Aid and CPR Certification
100 Points of Identification
