Assemblers & Production Assistants
Join a leading marine lighting and navigation aid manufacturer in Somerville! We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Assemblers and Production Assistants for an immediate start in a fast-paced production environment.
Hours:
Summer Hours: 6:30am - 2:30pm
Standard Operating Hours (March onwards): 7:30am - 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic and mechanical components with a high level of accuracy
Perform functional testing and quality inspections on finished products
Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Operate, set up, and monitor production equipment
Assist with basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance tasks
Maintain production targets while adhering to quality standards
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times
About You
Previous experience in an assembly, manufacturing, or production environment is essential
Experience with soldering and electronics assembly is highly regarded
Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining attendance
Strong focus on workplace safety and protected work practices
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship




Available to commence at short notice and work Monday to Friday
