We're looking for our next emerging leader to join our Beacon Lighting Cragieburn store in VIC. The role of the Manager in Training is a unique full-time role (76 hours per fortnight) with a fantastic lifestyle balance—enjoy every second weekend completely off!

You have experience thriving in a retail, sales or customer-focused environment
You communicate with confidence and know how to bring out the best in people
You approach each day with positivity, curiosity and a genuine desire to learn
You stay calm under pressure, balancing competing priorities without missing the details
You take ownership, solve problems and look for ways to make things better
You hold a current driver's licence and enjoy being hands-on when needed
