ProWay Livestock Equipment is Australia's leading manufacturer of livestock handling equipment. As we continue to grow and improve our operations, we are seeking an experienced Systems Manager to lead business systems, compliance, process improvement, and technology initiatives across the organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will play a key part in improving efficiency, supporting operational excellence, and leading the ongoing development of our ERP and business systems environment.
About the Role
The Systems Manager is responsible for the overall management and continuous improvement of company systems, ensuring they remain efficient, secure, compliant, and fit for purpose.
You will work closely with managers across Operations, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, People & Culture, and Safety to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline processes, and deliver practical solutions that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and maintain ProWay's business systems and ERP environment.
Drive process improvement initiatives across all departments.
Develop and maintain system documentation, procedures, and workflows.
Ensure systems are secure, backed up, compliant, and reliable.
Support managers with reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence.
Identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency and performance.
Manage system upgrades, integrations, and improvement projects.
Support compliance requirements including quality, WHS, and business systems audits.
Provide training and support to users across the business.
Work with external providers, consultants,



and contractors as required.
About You
You are a highly organised and proactive professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and helping teams work smarter.
Essential Skills & Experience
Experience managing business systems, ERP platforms, or technology projects.
Strong understanding of business processes within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and achieve outcomes across multiple departments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
Experience developing procedures, workflows, and system documentation.
High level of computer literacy, reporting, and data management skills.
Desirable
Experience within manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments.
ERP implementation or optimisation experience.
Qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience with Power BI, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or similar business platforms.
